Our Leaders
Pastor Colin and Natasha have been in the Victory Outreach since 2008. They served, pastored and raised leaders in Victory Outreach Manchester. They were sent to plant a church in Birmingham in 2019. Victory Outreach Birmingham was started in September 2019.

Colin and Natasha are passionate about raising Kingdom-minded leaders and helping people to discover their potential. There heart is to see Birmingham impacted by the work of Victory Outreach and the anointing that this ministry carries to reach the lost and broken, particularly those struggling with substance abuse.

We embrace people from all walks of life and endeavour to see them become all that God has called them to be.

We are a church that is vibrant, multi-cultural, and multi-generational that serves the diverse community in Birmingham.
Our Leadership Team
We are part of a Jesus-centred community who wants people to encounter Jesus and see their lives transformed. We are guided by the Holy Spirit, and our leadership team help to mobilise all that God wants to see fulfilled in Victory Outreach Birmingham, Great Barr, Birmingham and beyond.
